- Payment processors: To process camp registration payments securely
- Google LLC (USA): We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website usage. Google processes data in the United States. This transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Swiss equivalence decisions. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Odoo S.A. (Belgium): Our website platform and booking system provider
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
- Registration data: Retained for the duration of the camp season plus 3 years for legal and accounting purposes
- Contact form messages: Retained for up to 2 years
- Analytics data: Retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default)
- Payment records: Retained for 10 years as required by Swiss commercial law (OR Art. 958f)
7. Your Rights
Under the Swiss nFADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)

- Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

We collect children's data (name, age, medical/dietary information) solely for the purpose of providing safe and appropriate camp services. This data is collected from and with the consent of parents or legal guardians. We take extra care to protect children's data and delete it when no longer needed for camp management purposes.
