Pricing Policy

490chf per week. Monday - Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm (Lunch included)
75chf early drop off. Monday - Friday 8.00am - 9.00am
75chf late pick up. Monday - Friday 4pm - 5pm
135chf for both early and late pick up Monday -Friday

A reservation can only be guaranteed when full payment has been received in advance.

Payment Policy

Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Only Lyon Active can cancel bookings due to bad weather (Electrical storms).
Activities will continue regardless of rain, wind, snow etc. There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing!
Cancellations are accepted in case of illness or injury as long as a medical certificate can be provided.
Reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the start of the camp without incurring a cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is made between 29 - 15 days prior to the start of the camp, 50% of the total cost from the booking will be refunded.
No refund is available if a booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the start of camp.
Lyon Active understands that unexpected situations do occur and all requests for refunds will be taken into consideration.

Safety Policy

Outdoor adventure activities are considered dangerous activities. We are aware that many things can go wrong but it is Lyon Active policy to keep these factors to a minimum to ensure the well being of the children in our care. Lyon Active may remove and send any child home if it is deemed they are causing a danger to themselves or others. This will occur without refund.
Lyon Active is not responsible for any damages or loss of any clothing or personal belongings. 

Privacy Policy

Lyon Active respects your privacy and will not use your personal information other than to assist you in the program.
Lyon Active will not sell your information to any third parties.
If you agreed - Photos/video taken during camp may be used on social media platforms for promotion.
